In 2009 several Capital Region chapter members raised more than $1500 for both the national organization and our local chapter. In 2010 we more than doubled the donation total! Click on pictures below to see the "Harrisburg Hoofers" ! In 2011, we exceeded the 2010 amount!
Hoofing our way to success 2010!
Since 2006, thousands of people nationwide have joined the effort to end the stigma associated with hearing loss and provide support and resources for hearing loss prevention and education programs through the Walk4Hearing™. The Walk4Hearing™ , produced by The Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA), is the largest series of walks of its kind, held in the spring and fall in major cities throughout the U.S.
